Your mission

  • prepare and analyse monthly closing reports, forecasts and budgets on time with high quality
  • prepare reporting under IAS and consolidation processes according to internal guidelines
  • contribute to all accounting related activities in close collaboration with the team
  • drive the outlook and budget process within the plant
  • actively improve profitability reporting (COPA) as SAP plant key user for Controlling
  • work closely with the plant OPCO team to understand and follow-up deviations from budget and / or forecast
  • support continuous improvements of workflows and processes through your end to end business understanding
  • prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for the management 

Your profile

  • strong financial knowledge and high analytical skills as well as sound accounting understanding
  • excellent Microsoft Office skills, above all in Excel, and high IT-affinity 
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in a finance role
  • structured and meticulous working style as well as high level of self-motivation and independent working style
  • open-minded and a good team player who is capable to communicate with people from different cultures and with different stakeholders in a plant environment
  • fluency in English is required
  • very good level of German

  • we offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 45,000 gross/year on a full-time basis, with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
