What are you responsible for?

  • constant focus on improvement of all relevant business processes (commercial, quality, production, procurement, supply chain)
  • identification and performance of CI projects and Initiatives based on targets of the organization and in alignment with regional management (e.g. customer claims & service, OEE budget, waste targets)
  • define a yearly road map and project plan including all identified CI Projects/Initiatives and training needs
  • support plants to achieve project targets by leading, mentoring and follow-up on projects on our Business Segments, regions and plants
  • leading, mentoring, reporting and follow up of CI projects and initiatives
  • design, define and develop reports for relevant business processes in the regional / plant organisation and support implementation
  • people development of the local organization by performing CI trainings
  • proactively support knowledge transfer within BS
  • cooperation with SHE manager for SHE relevant activities (e.g. 5S, SMED, Visual Management, Process Standardization)

What are we looking for?

  • exceptional project management skills
  • in-depth knowledge of CI-tools / Lean Management
  • very good command of MS office and at least basic understanding of SAP
  • knowledge in OMP advantageous
  • Excellent command of English and German, Czech and any other language is an advantage
  • University degree (FH or TU) in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher considered a plus
  • 5 years of experience in an international production environment
  • hands-on mentality
  • solution oriented work style with a “getting-things-done” attitude
  • eager to learn and fully understand business processes
  • ability to navigate and deliver results in a matrix organisation and act as a liaison between corporate functions, regions and plants
  • Driving license (B) holder
  • bility to communicate with people coming from different cultures and organisational levels
  • Available for regular business travel (Mondays to Thursdays)

  • Location: in one of our corrugated plants in Ansbach, Bad Rappenau, Eschenbach (GER), Grünburg (AUT) or Budweis (CZ)

If the position is located in Austria, the minimum monthly gross salary is about € 2.930,11 based on the Austrian Collective Agreement for Emloyees in the Industrial Manufacture of Paper and Cardboard Products. Overpayment according to experience is possible.
